As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a high ownership Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us attract exceptional talent and build teams that drive CoverSelf’s mission forward.

Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in scaling CoverSelf by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on recruiting expertise.
You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-friendly hiring process.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain timely communication and transparency with candidates.
  • Represent the CoverSelf brand effectively to potential hires.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring strategies.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent availability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring decisions.
Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain an active network of potential candidates.
Process Excellence
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring metrics.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure hiring processes align with CoverSelf values and standards.

Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Passion for building high-performing teams
Work Location: Jayanagar - Bangalore.
