Overview about the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern IT Support Engineer to join our IT team.The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, assist with troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of all technology-related aspects within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide First-Level Support: Assist employees with hardware, software, and networking issues through phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install and Configure Software: Set up and maintain software applications on company devices.
  • User Account Management: Assist in creating and managing user accounts, including access permissions, passwords, and security protocols.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Hardware Setup and Deployment: Assist in setting up and deploying new hardware, including computers, monitors, and other IT equipments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
  • Security Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all systems and networks are compliant with security policies and protocols.


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Endpoint tools and other common
  • software applications.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-service oriented with a proactive approach to IT support.


Work Location: Jayanagar - Bangalore.


Work Mode: Work from Office.
